Mayor candidate: homeless to work for crack

I don't know about the cleaning up the streets aspect of such a proposal, but I'm 100% certain any existing garbage dumpsters in the city will be picked clean in a heartbeat if this moron gets elected. When asked why he robbed banks Willie Sutton replied: "that's where the money is". Well...dumpsters is where the garbage is concentrated...and I'm quite sure street people are aware of this fact.
